Unidevelopment along with Unibep is starting a new project!

Unibep will implement a housing investment called “Sadyba Spot” in Powsińska Street in Warsaw”s Mokotów district. The value of the agreement is approx. PLN 50.5 million net. The construction has already started. “This is the next ambitious and modern investment by Unidevelopment, in which numerous ecological solutions will be implemented,” highlighted Krzysztof Mikołajczyk, Vice President of the Management Board and Construction Director at Unibep.

Development of cooperation with companies from South Korea

On 14 July 2023, the Korea-Poland Economic Forum took place in Warsaw. During the event, memorandums were signed between PZPB and ICAK, as well as between PZPB, Daewoo E&C, and Doosan Enerbility. The aim of these agreements is to establish the Polish-Korean economic cooperation with a particular emphasis on energy, infrastructure, defence, and advanced technologies.

We have signed an agreement for industrial area development worth PLN 64 million

On 10 July in Szczytno Municipality Office, the Infrastructure Branch of Unibep SA signed an agreement with Szczytno municipality for land development of industrial areas in the locality of Szymany (Warmian-Masurian Voivodship). The investment, worth approx. PLN 64 million gross (PLN 52 million net), aims to create the infrastructure necessary for industrial development on an area of almost 100 hectares. The deadline for the completion of the works is 18 months.

The highest level of ESG reporting !

The Unibep Group has once again received the highest A rating in the corporate reporting rating in the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) area, created by Dom Maklerski Bank BPS SA. “The final rating, A (21.07 pts), received by Unibep, proves the highest quality of reporting in the ESG area,” explained the creator of the ranking.
