On 14 March, we celebrated the official completion and inauguration of the new boiler house, which is an integral part of the project “Modernisation of two boiler houses and construction of a new boiler house in Hajnówka heat plant.”
On 11 March 2024, the Infrastructure Branch of Unibep SA took over the site for the construction of a key section of the S19 Krynice – Białystok Zachód. This is the first step in the realisation of this ambitious project. The agreement for the construction of this section was signed in May 2021 and the road will be constructed by a consortium comprising PORR SA from Warsaw and Unibep SA from Bielsk Podlaski.
Management Board of UNIBEP S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that due to the fact that the process of aggregation of preliminary financial data carried out for the purpose of the process of preparing financial statements for 2023 was completed on 11 March 2024, the Issuer decided to disclose to the public the preliminary estimated selected financial and operational data of the Unibep Capital Group (the “Capital Group”) for 2023, which was published on that date in the stock exchange ESPI system.
In less than nine months since the start of construction, Nova Talarowa has reached its final height, marking the completion of structural works. The general contractor of the investment is Unibep SA, and the investor is Bouygues Immobilier Polska.
We are proud to announce that Unibep has entered the construction site for the southern part of the ring road of Bielsk Podlaski. The investment received the ZRID decision in February 2024. We are commencing work.
