In the first half of 2023, the Unibep Group achieved revenues from its core operations totalling PLN 1,235.6 million, indicating a 21.2% increase compared to the corresponding period last year. The growth in turnover occurred primarily in the construction segment (20.5%), owing to the increased activity in the power and industry segment (381%) and residential construction (24%). The revenue from modular activities was also higher by approx. 24%.
ANWIL, part of the ORLEN Group, will start the construction of a gas-fired steam generation facility under a new investment project. The signed agreement, worth almost PLN 250 million, will enable the implementation of more environmentally friendly solutions through the use of specially designed boilers. The new installation, along with a portion of the existing steam sources, will secure the company’s existing production facilities, as well as the new, third production line for fertilisers. The contracting entity of this investment will be a consortium of companies: UNIBEP SA with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski, serving as consortium leader, ENERGOTECHNIKA sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, and Zakład Automatyki Przemysłowej INTEC SA.

The symbolic first shovel groundbreaking which marked the beginning of the construction of “Roads in the Industrial Zone of Suwałki,” took place on Saturday (05.08.) in Wojska Polskiego II Street in Suwałki. Let us recall that on 22 June, Adam Poliński, the board member of Unibep SA, the Director of Infrastructure Department, signed an agreement worth PLN 42 million with the City of Suwałki.
16 months of construction of Fama Jeżyce Stage 3 housing estate have passed. This is one the biggest investments being developed right at the heart of Jeżyce district in Poznań, in Jana Henryka Dąbrowskiego Street. Unibep completed the works related to the structure of the buildings. Moreover, in the E1 building, the wall works, window installation, and roof waterproofing have been completed. The progress of the investment stands at approximately 60%.
