A topping out ceremony was held for the Cityflow building on Thursday, 8 February 2024 This marks the symbolic completion of construction works for the first stage of this investment. The second stage is underway. The Investor for Cityflow is OKAM ACADEMICUS, a company which belongs to OKAM CAPITAL, and the General Contractor is Unibep SA.

In less than 11 months since the beginning of the construction of the third stage of the SOHO investment, the building has reached its final height, marking the completion of structural work. The general contractor for the investment is Unibep SA.

Unibep’s Infrastructure Branch has signed a key agreement for the expansion of National Road No. 53 on the Myszyniec — Kadzidło section. This is a nearly 20-kilometre section of a road running through the Ostrołęka poviat in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The investor is the State Treasury, represented by the Branch of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) in Warsaw. The gross investment value is PLN 282 million.
