The annual production potential of the Factory of Modular Houses Unihouse, located in Bielsk Podlaski, is approx. 2000 modules. It is one of the largest European companies in this industry. Most of the production is currently sold on the Norwegian market. It is a world-class product - it has Norwegian technical approvals for the implementation of buildings in a modular and panel system. Unihouse also constructs buildings in Sweden and Denmark.
In Norway, Unihouse has already built multi-storey blocks with more than 2,500 apartments, and over 700 apartments are under construction. Investments were carried out, among others, in Oslo, Stavanger, Ålesund, Trondheim, but also north of the Arctic Circle - in Tromsø.
Multi-family buildings in Unihouse technology can fulfil residential functions, but they can also be used as public buildings, including hotels, dormitories, kindergartens, schools, nursing homes, etc.
Management of Unihouse SA
Sławomir KiszyckiPresident of the Management Board
He was born in 1973. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He also completed post-graduate MBA studies at the European Academy of Managerial Skills of the Warsaw School of Economics, participated on a non-credit basis in a PhD programme at the College of Management and Finance of the Warsaw School of Economics. He has been licensed by the Polish Ministry of Treasury to act as member of supervisory boards in state-owned companies. In 1998–2006, he worked in the banking industry. Since May 2009, in the financial division of Unibep SA. As of 1 September 2011 he was appointed to managerial position — Deputy CFO, and as of July 2012 – to CFO. Since June 2014, he has held the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Unibep SA. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Monday Development SA, acting as procurator at Budrex Sp. With o.o. and the deputy board member in Seljedalen AS. In 2019, he was appointed President of the Management Board Unihouse SA.
Przemysław PruszyńskiVice President
Born in 1981. An expert in operational and strategic management. A Master of Science, and a Master of Engineering in electronics. He graduated from the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, the Tischner European University, the Bielsko-Biała School of Finances of Law, and completed post-MBA studies (the Academy of Leadership Psychology) at the Warsaw University of Technology. He went through the entire path of career development. Worked as a Shift Manager, Production Manager, Lean Manager, and Operational Director. He has many years of experience gained during his employment in international organisations. Worked in Russia and China as a Plant Director, and then returned to Poland, where he took the position of President of the Management Board in one of the largest European companies manufacturing window joinery. In 2019, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, Vice-President of the Management Board of Unihouse SA.
Roman JakubowskiMember of the Board
He was born in 1975. MEng degree in civil engineering. He graduated from the Białystok University of Technology majoring in technology and construction organisation. He also completed postgraduate studies in property valuation. He started his professional career immediately after graduation in the Podlaski Regional Road Administration in Białystok, the Sokółka Region, as a specialist in the technical department. At Unibep SA since 2 February 2001. He worked through almost all career levels. He was construction engineer, construction manager and contract manager. He led the construction of the prestigious Alfa Gallery in Białystok. He was also the north-eastern market director. He has been the director of the Unihouse Branch for 6 years. In 2019, he was appointed Member of the Board Unihouse SA.
Marcin GołębiewskiMember of the Board
He was born in 1981. MEng degree in civil engineering. Since graduation, namely since 2006, connected with Unihouse, Branch of Unibep. He was a foreman, construction manager, assembly works manager and contract manager on construction sites in Poland and Norway. Since 2011, he has performed the function of the Norwegian market director at Unihouse. He exercises the executive and financial supervision over the projects conducted in Norway. In 2019, he was appointed Member of the Board Unihouse SA.
