World-class wooden and ecological houses

Modular construction has been well known and present in European markets for many years. It has proven itself in areas such as the demanding Scandinavian market. Modular houses continue to gain popularity in Poland. Unihouse is a pioneer in the construction of modern modular buildings with timber frames on the Polish market. Houses manufactured in our House Factory in Bielsk Podlaski have a very wide range of applications and are a perfect solution for a diverse range of projects:

  • Hotels and motels

  • Multi-family housing

  • Office buildings

  • Student accommodation, pre-schools and nurseries

  • Outpatient clinics and nursing homes

  • Commercial pavilions

With its production capacity of approx. 2000 modules per year, UNIHOUSE SA is one of the largest European companies in the modular construction sector. Our key market is Norway, but buildings produced in our Polish House Factory can also be found in Denmark and Sweden.

Innovative technologies enable us to construct buildings with up to six storeys. Our fully computerised production lines allow us to precisely recreate any project transmitted to our assembling machinery by fibre optic cables. The entire process of building assembly takes place in a hall, from where completed modules or panels are transported to the construction site. As a result, erecting a multi-family unit on the construction site can take as little as a few hours. An additional advantage of the Modular Homes Factory is its own carpentry workshop that manufactures products used in our projects.

Unihouse is part of Unibep Group, active in several segments of the construction market. It provides general contracting services in Poland and abroad (Unibep SA), implements broadly defined road and bridge construction projects (Infrastructure Division of Unibep SA and Budrex Sp. z o.o.), and engages in property development activities through its Unidevelopment company. Based in Bielsk Podlaski, Unibep SA is one of Poland's major construction companies with over 70 years of history, and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2008.
