May 13, 2025, marks an important milestone not only for the residents of Bielsk Podlaski and Hajnówka but for the entire southern Podlasie region. The reconstruction of Voivodeship Road No. 689, carried out by Unibep S.A., has been officially completed and opened to traffic – fully in line with the construction schedule and project plan.

On Thursday, 8 May 2025, a topping out ceremony was held in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, a tradition marking the completion of structural works on the Nowa Mangalia II development. It is a symbolic moment that marks not only an important stage of the construction, but also a long-standing partnership built on trust between Unibep SA and the developer Polskie Projekty Inwestycyjne Sp. z o.o. SKA.

The second quarter of 2025 has begun dynamically for Unibep’s Infrastructure Division. The company has signed two contracts for the project “Expansion of Voivodeship Road No. 651” – covering the sections Gołdap–Dubeninki and Dubeninki–the voivodeship border. The investment will modernize over 37 kilometers of roadway, with a total gross value of PLN 305.2 million. The projects are commissioned by the Voivodeship Road Authority in Olsztyn.

In 2024, the Unibep Group achieved consolidated sales revenue of PLN 2.61 billion, representing an increase of 7.3% compared to the previous year. The consolidated operating profit amounted to PLN 168.6 million, marking a significant improvement compared to the operating loss of PLN 137.8 million in the previous year. The Group’s net profit in 2024 amounted to PLN 107.7 million, representing an increase of PLN 264.1 million compared to the net result for 2023 (net profit in 2023: PLN -156.5 million). Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company amounted to PLN 44.9 million, compared to a loss of PLN 165.9 million recorded in 2023. Consolidated EBITDA amounted to PLN 198.9 million, representing an increase of PLN 308.3 million compared to the result achieved in the previous year.
