Unibep is building a new boiler house in Ełk on behalf of the “Świt” Housing Cooperative, which will be powered by heat energy from biomass combustion. The heart of the investment is a modern and economical boiler with a capacity of 10 MW. This is already the second biomass investment being implemented by the General Contractor in Ełk and the fourth in north-eastern Poland.
After 17 months from the start of construction, our team reached the shell construction of the building in Kolejowej Street 19 in Warsaw’s Wola district. The new housing estate of the PHN Group will comprise four modern buildings with exquisite architecture: unique structures, elegant shared areas, and glassed-in lobbies on the ground floor. “This is our fourth investment implemented on behalf of the Polski Holding Nieruchomości over the last few years. We perceive this as a great distinction for Unibep and proof of the trust the Holding has in us,” said Dariusz Blocher, President of the Board of Unibep, during the ceremony.
Unibep is constructing a renewable energy (biomass-based) heating plant in Orzysz. The level of progress of the investment reached 70% at the end of November 2023. The Ordering Party is Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. in Orzysz. This is the fourth contract for a biomass-based investment to be implemented by the General Contractor in the northeastern Poland.
The Power & Industrial Construction division of Unibep has signed an agreement with Fresenius Kabi Polska for the implementation of an investment called “Construction of a laboratory building with internal and external installations in Kutno.” The agreement is worth PLN 12.6 million net. This is already the second investment the General Contractor will implement on behalf of Fresenius Kabi Polska.

The value of the agreement is PLN 89,994,660.32 net, which corresponds to PLN 110,693,432.19 gross. The Investor is Podlaskie voivodeship, represented by the Podlaskie Voivodeship Road Authority in Białystok (PZDW) in Białystok. The construction agreement was signed on 5 October 2020. The length of the route is 24.48 km, and it is classified as a G-class road.
