In less than 10 months since the beginning of the construction of the second stage of the Olimpijczyk investment, the building has reached its final height, marking the completion of structural work. The general contractor for the project is Unibep SA, and the investor is Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA.
The delegation of Unibep SA and Unihouse SA participated in the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC) 2024, which took place on 11 and 12 July at CityCube, Messe Berlin. The event gathered over two thousand participants: governments’ representatives, local authorities, large social organisations, international financial institutions, and business representatives from around the world were present. The conference, co-organised by the governments of Germany and Ukraine, was a pivotal moment for the international community striving to support Ukraine’s rapid recovery and long-term reconstruction.
The Unibep Group has published its results for the first quarter of 2024. During the analysed period, the Group generated consolidated revenue of PLN 455.9 million, which represents a 13% decrease year-over-year. EBITDA amounted to PLN 105.9 million compared to PLN 19.7 million the previous year. The consolidated net profit amounted to PLN 76.3 million, compared to a net profit of PLN 4.4 million in the corresponding period last year.
The Management Board of Unibep SA (Issuer) informs that due to the completion on 24 May 2024 of the process of aggregation of preliminary financial data carried out for the purpose of preparing financial statements for the first quarter of 2024, the Issuer has decided to publicly disclose the preliminary estimated selected financial and operational data of the Unibep Capital Group (Capital Group) for the first quarter of 2024, which were published on this day in the ESPI stock exchange system.
Unibep will build the next section of the S19, spanning from Dobrzyniewo to the northern part of Białystok. The agreement signed on 14 May 2024, amounts to just over PLN 320 million gross.
