Unibep SA collaborates with several thousand companies – suppliers and subcontractors who are involved in every stage of the construction process. This applies to all segments of our construction business – production of timber buildings, commercial, residential and public utility structures or infrastructural projects.
We collaborate on fair terms with all our business partners. We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, quality and environmental protection. We also expect our suppliers and subcontractors to pursue their business objectives in accordance with the rule of law, ethics and human rights.
Our contractors must encourage their employees to recognise and respect human rights and civil liberties as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. They must observe all standards of integrity and respect for the law, and avoid all forms of corruption. This includes respecting workers' rights, in particular in terms of employing staff under employment contracts or civil law contracts.
Companies interested in working with Unibep SA are asked to fill in the below questionnaire. All the information provided in the questionnaire will allow us to assess the prospective contractor's potential in terms of our needs and requirements. Information from the questionnaire will be kept in our database and will serve as a source of knowledge for our site managers or individual departments of Unibep SA, and it will be them who will contact prospective partners about potential collaboration.
