PLN 204.4 million net. Of this amount, the compensation for Unibep SA amounts to approx. PLN 102.2 million net.
Investment details
The project includes the construction and expansion of provincial road No. 679 on Łomża – Mężenin section. The nearly 28-kilometre section of the road is scheduled to be completed by the end of April 2026. The investment starts at km 5+796, where provincial road No. 679 intersects with national road No. 63, and ends at km 32+565, where it connects with national road No. 8. The total length of the section is 27.771 km. The investment is planned to be completed within 19 months from the date of the agreement, excluding winter periods (from 15 December to 15 March).
“This year and next year will be the period of the most intense work. We plan to complete the road in the spring of 2026. The work will be carried out under traffic, which means that alternating traffic will be required, leading to some inconvenience for residents and users of road 679,” said Adam Poliński, Board Member and Director of the Infrastructure Branch.

The ceremony was attended by local government representatives, including Marek Olbryś, Deputy Marshal of Podlaskie Voivodeship; Lech Marek Szabłowski, Staroste of Łomża poviat; Piotr Kłys and Dariusz Modzelewski, the heads of Łomża and Rutki gminas.
