Unibep Group Results Conference

On Friday, 19 March, the Management of Unibep met with stock market analysts and journalists. The aim was to summarise the Group’s results for 2023, discuss the market situation, and outline plans for the upcoming months.

The Unibep Group was represented by Dariusz Blocher, President of the Management Board of Unibep SA, Andrzej Sterczyński, Member of the Management Board and Financial Director of Unibep SA, and Zbigniew Gościcki, President of the Management Board of Unidevelopment SA.

Both conferences — one for media representatives and the other for financial market representatives — were held in a hybrid format: some attendees were present in the conference room at Unibep SA’s headquarters in Warsaw, while others watched the live stream. Overall, nearly one hundred participants attended the meeting (mainly online), with significantly greater interest from individuals in the financial, investment, and insurance sectors compared to the media.

Many questions were raised during the meeting regarding various aspects of the Unibep Group’s activities, ranging from risk analysis on specific contracts and market strategy to financial and investment matters.
