Abrahama 14 investment topping out

After 11 months since the start of construction, the Abrahama 14 building has reached its target height, marking the completion of geotechnical and structural works. The general contractor of the investment is Unibep SA.

Abrahama 14 is an elegant, subtle building with a direct view of Lake Balaton. It is currently under construction at Abrahama Street in the Gocław district of Warsaw. The level of progress on the investment is approx. 70%.

As part of the Abrahama 14 investment, an eight-storey residential building has been constructed, featuring a total of 67 residential units and 80 parking spaces in a shared underground multi-storey garage, including 64 on platforms, along with site development and necessary infrastructure. The investment features a modern structure and a loft-style interior design.

“As the contractor for the Abrahama 14 investment for SG Development, we continue our successful collaboration, building strong relationships based on technical expertise and extensive experience. We thank SG Development for their continued trust and eagerly look forward to further fruitful cooperation,” said Leszek Gołąbiecki, Vice President of the Management Board and Construction Director at Unibep SA.

Work status

“Reinforced concrete construction work, masonry, and window installation have been completed on the investment. Finishing work is underway inside the building, including sanitary and electrical installations. The façade is being installed, along with the mounting of railing metalwork and insulation work,” said Damian Porowski, Construction Manager at Unibep SA.

Work on Abrahama 14 is proceeding according to the construction schedule. The completion of the residential investment is scheduled for October 2024.

“We are pleased with the results of the work that we are presenting at today’s event. I thank the entire team for their full commitment to the investment process. Although the building is small, it is demanding due to logistical issues, cascading floors on several levels, and the limited surrounding area. From the start of the investment, we have been working together with the Investor and the Design Office to deliver a product of the expected high quality and on time,” explained Iwona Pęza, Contract Manager at Unibep.
