Approx. PLN 47 million of net profit with the sales at the level of approx. PLN 1.7 billion – these are the preliminary results of Unibep Capital Group for the previous year. These results are better than the year before, both in terms of sales (increase by approx. PLN 20 million) and profit (increase by approx. PLN 10 million).

On 23 December 2024, the residents of Białystok gained a renovated and widened, over one-kilometre-long section of provincial road No. 676. Raginisa Street reconstructed by the Infrastructure Branch of Unibep, was officially opened for use, significantly improving the comfort and safety of traffic in this part of the city.
Andrzej Sterczyński will assume the position of President of the Management Board of Unibep on 2 January 2025. He will replace Dariusz Blocher in this role, who will join the company’s Supervisory Board as Chairman of the Development Committee.
Approx. PLN 1.83 billion in revenue (approx. 0.4% less year-on-year), PLN 106 million in net profit (compared to a loss of approx. PLN 17.5 million last year), and an order portfolio worth approximately PLN 3.5 billion (approx. PLN 3.1 billion in 2023). These are the figures for the three quarters of 2024 published by the Unibep Group on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
