Unihouse SA Remains Part of the Unibep Group

The Supervisory Board of Unibep SA has decided to suspend actions aimed at the potential sale of Unihouse shares. This means that the company specializing in modular construction will remain within the Unibep Group structure, with Unibep SA remaining the sole shareholder.
