The Unibep SA team has completed works related to construction of the building structure, being the second stage of Wola Gabriela housing investment. The apartments located in Warsaw’s Wola district were ordered by Sokratesa Development Sp. z o.o. It is a modern housing estate with an interesting shape of the building and modern architecture.
On 9 June in Warsaw, the sixth edition of “Employer of Tomorrow” contest of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. Unibep SA was recognised as the best company in the construction industry.
PHN Group concluded an agreement with UNIBEP for construction of a housing estate consting in 148 apartments in Warsaw in Kolejowa St 19. The completion of construction is planned for the end of next year.
“We are satisfied with the financial results of Unibep Group for the first quarter of 2022. Our developer, Unidevelopment, is doing very well. We are pleased with the solid results of residential, office, and industrial construction and the development prospects of the power and industry construction,” said Leszek Gołąbiecki, president of the management board of Unibep SA during a conference with analysts and journalists on 2 June 2022. The meeting was held on-line.
Unibep SA, one of the largest general contractors in the country, has celebrated today the official opening of its office in Racibórz. The meeting was attended by several dozen Presidents of companies partnered with Unibep. It was an excellent opportunity to present the broadened company offer and to exchange experiences related to power and industrial construction segment.
