Second stage of Warszawski Świt completed!

In May this year, Unibep SA completed the construction of the second stage of Warszawski Świt investment located in Targówek district in Warsaw. The first and second stage completed by UNIBEP being its General Contractor offer a total of 388 new apartments. The investor of the project is Home Invest.

We have completed the construction of the Copernican Revolution Lab

In less than two years from the commencement of construction works, the general contractor, Unibep SA, has completed the construction of a new Copernican Revolution Lab (CRL building) in Warsaw. The project was conducted with use of BIM modelling from its concept competition stage, that is, from the very beginning. The novelty, at least in Poland, is the ETFE façade used to cover the building. This is probably the most unusual part of the entire structure.

The delivery of the new border fence on the border with Belarus

We have started the process of delivering individual sections of the border fence on the border with Belarus. It is worth remembering that we have worked on the fence section being almost 81 km long, from the Swisłocz river to the Lithuanian border. The agreement is worth approx. PLN 200mln net.
