We will build the next stage of VIVA PIAST in Krakow

PLN 99.4 million net — that is the value of the agreement for the implementation of the next stage of the residential investment called “Viva Piast 3”, buildings C and D, which will be built on Powstańców Street in Nowa Huta district of Krakow. The Investor is Victoria Dom, and the General Contractor is Unibep.
The subject of the agreement is the construction of a complex of multi-family residential buildings with underground garages, along with site development. Four buildings (C1, C2, D1, D2), with a height of 9 storeys above ground, will comprise 387 residential units and 347 parking spaces.

This is another cooperation with the investor Victoria Dom. Currently, we are conducting two investments in Warsaw for this developer: “Ursus Factory 6/7” Estate on Edward Habich Street, and a residential, office, and service complex on Marywilska Street.
