Nikolsky shopping centre with a CEEQA reward!
Centrum handlowe Nikolsky, położone w Charkowie na Ukrainie, zostało uhonorowane prestiżową nagrodą Real Estate Award Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards (CEEQA). Projekt zdobył laur w kategorii „Zrównoważony rozwój”. Za inwestycję odpowiadała ukraińska spółka LLC Nikolsky, będąca częścią grupy Budhouse, zaś generalnym wykonawcą była firma Unibep.
Nikolsky, the shopping centre located in Kharkiv, Ukraine, has been honoured with the prestigious Real Estate Award of Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards (CEEQA). The project won an award in the Sustainable Development category. The investment was carried out by the Ukrainian company LLC Nikolsky, which is part of the Budhouse group, and the general contractor was Unibep.
The Nikolsky shopping centre is located in the very heart of Kharkiv, in Pushkin Steet 2, near the Constitution Square underground station. It is a six-storey building with a total area of 102,930 sq.m., including 23,034 sq.m. dedicated to parking offering 665 parking spaces.
We started work on the project on 6 February 2020, and we finished it at the end of July 2021. At its peak, over 1,000 people worked on the construction site.

Such an award confirms the growing competitiveness, innovation, and high standard of investments in the commercial property market in Ukraine. Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards is one of the largest and most prestigious real estate competitions in Europe. The award ceremony took place during the official CEEQA 2023 Gala in Warsaw.
In the current situation, due to the armed conflict in Ukraine, the shopping centre in Kharkiv operates in a limited scope.
