On 27 February, the topping out ceremony took place at the third stage of the Nordic Mokotów housing estate. We celebrated this event with all those who work on an investment every day. There were representatives of the investor, the general contractor, Unibep engineering staff and invited guests with us.
On 18 February 2020, Unihouse SA signed a contract for the implementation of the first stage of a hotel investment in the commune of Mszczonów in the Mazowieckie Province.
As of 22 January 2020, the subsidiary company Budrex-Kobi Sp. z o.o. (former company name) changed its name to Budrex Sp. z o.o. (current company name).
Unibep SA will be the general contractor for the construction of a big shopping centre in Kharkov, Ukraine. Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) granted the Ukrainian investor Nikolsky LLC a credit to finance this investment.
The three quarters of 2019 the Unibep Capital Group closed with sales at the level of approx. PLN 1.2 billion and net result of approx. PLN 20.4 million. The result of the Unibep Group has been much better than in previous quarters of 2019, which is associated with the growing profits of Unidevelopment SA, as well as with good results of Unibep SA. This is in line with the predictions of management board - Leszek Marek Gołąbiecki, the president of the management board of Unibep SA wrote in a commentary to the report for the third quarter of 2019 of the Unibep Group.
