New, bigger management board of Unibep SA

The new year has brought changes in the management board of Unibep SA. It comprises of four members now. But this is not the only change when it comes to management boards of the companies of Unibep Group.

 

Born in 1971, Adam Poliński graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Branch of the University of Warsaw in Białystok and postgraduate studies in accounting and corporate finance. An academic teacher since 1996, cooperating with companies and self-governments in financial consultancy. In years 2006-2018, a vice-president of Białystok, overseeing work of, among others, the Department of Investments, Architecture and Town Planning and the Municipal Roads Authority. In the latter, he was responsible for preparation and implementation of municipal investments and for obtaining European funds for them. In Unibep SA from September 2018, first as an authorised representative of the Board for public-private partnership, and from February 2019 as the director of the Infrastructure Department of Unibep SA and a member of the Supervisory Board of Budrex Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Białystok.

In November 2020, by the decision of the Supervisory Board of Unibep SA, he was appointed as a member of the company's management board, He assumed this position from the new year.

The management board of Unibep SA currently comprises of four members: Leszek Gołąbiecki is the president of the Management Board, Sławomir Kiszycki, Krzysztof Mikołajczyk, and Adam Poliński are the vice-presidents of the management board. 

There has been also a change to the management board of Unihouse SA. It comprises of three members now, as Marcin Gołębiewski became the president of the management board. Born in 1981, with master’s and engineer’s degrees in construction, he has been with the company since graduation, that is since 2006. He was a foreman, construction manager, assembly works manager and contract manager at construction sites in Poland and Norway. He exercises executive and financial supervision on projects carried out in Scandinavia. In November 2019, he assumed the position of a member of the management board of Unihouse SA. He has become the president of the management board of Unihouse SA from the beginning of the year.

From the beginning of the new year, Sławomir Kiszycki has been the vice president of Unihouse SA, and Roman Jakubowski a member of the management board.

From 1 January 2021, Ewa Przeździecka holds the position of vice president of the management board of Unidevelopment SA. Previously, she was a member of the management board of Unidevelopment SA.

Ewa Przeździecka has been with the company since it was established, that is 2008, and with the Unibep Group since 2004. She has extensive experience in marketing of investment goods. For seven years she has been managing the sales and marketing department. Before starting her career in the real estate market, she worked in the telecommunications industry, for Siemens multinational company, among others. She graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing of the Warsaw School of Economics. Passionate about expeditions into the unknown, travel literature, and nature photography.
