The Management Board of Unibep SA (Company, Issuer) informs about signing on 1 December 2021 of an agreement for construction of a multi-family residential building in general contracting system on Drwęcka St. in Warsaw (Agreement).

The Management Board of Unibep SA (Issuer, Company) informs that on 26 November 2021 The Feliks Nowowiejski Music Academy in Bydgoszcz (Ordering Party) chosen as the most favourable offer submitted by the Issuer in an open tender public procurement procedure for implementation of the investment called “Construction of campus of the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz with internal and external infrastructure on Chodkiewicza St. 9-11 in Bydgoszcz” (Investment).

In refence to the current report No. 61/2021 of 22 November 2021 concerning the conditional allocation of 500 570 series H bonds to investors at the issue price equal to its nominal value of PLN 100 (Bonds), provided the bonds are paid no later than on 24 November 2021, the Management Board of Unibep SA (Company, Issuer) informs about payment of 500 570 of bonds, and thus the issue of series H bonds on 24 November 2021.

The Management Board of Unibep SA (Issuer) informs on signing – on 24 November 2021 by UNI 2 Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Unidevelopment SA as part of the Issuer's Group with its registered office in Warsaw (Buyer) – of a purchase agreement (Agreement 1) with an enterprise from the locality of Łajski (Seller) of two fixed properties located in Warsaw in Białołęka district (Fixed Property) and preliminary agreement (Agreement 2) of purchase of two adjacent fixed properties located in Warsaw in Białołęka district.
