The Management Board of Unibep SA (Issuer, Company) informs that on 17 December 2021 the information was received from the Border Guard Commander-in-Chief's authorised representative for preparation and implementation of a barrier securing the state border concerning selection of the offer submitted by the consortium (Consortium) composed of Unibep SA with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski (Consortium Leader) and a subsidiary, Budrex sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Białystok (Consortium Partner, Budrex), in a procedure pursuant to the Act of 29 October 2021 on construction of a barrier securing the state border, concerning implementation of sections 3 and 4 of the task called “Construction of a barrier securing the state border” (Investment).

The Management Board of Unibep SA (Company, Issuer) informs about the conclusion on 16 December 2021 of a conditional agreement for implementation in general constructing system of a shopping and service centre in Zaporizhzhia in Ukraine (Investment).

Conclusion of a subcontracting agreement was part of an Investment into Olefin plant III in PKN ORLEN SA production plant in Płock.

In reference to the content of the current report No. 10/2021 of 26 February 2021, the Management Board of Unibep SA (Issuer) informs about signing on 15 December 2021 between the company LYKKE Szczęśliwicka Sp. z o.o., S.K.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (formerly: LYKKE UDM Sp. z o.o., S.K.A. with its registered office in Warsaw) (Buyer) and a sole proprietor (Seller) of a fixed property purchase agreement of a property located in Warsaw in Mokotów district (Agreement).
