A topping out ceremony was held for the Cityflow building on Thursday, 8 February 2024 This marks the symbolic completion of construction works for the first stage of this investment. The second stage is underway. The Investor for Cityflow is OKAM ACADEMICUS, a company which belongs to OKAM CAPITAL, and the General Contractor is Unibep SA.

The Cityflow investment in Redutowa Street in Warsaw comprises two stages with 749 residential units across four buildings. As part of the first stage of the development, two buildings with 10 floors each were constructed, comprising 330 apartments ranging in size from 29 to 193 square metres, and two commercial premises. The underground garage includes over 390 parking spaces.
The second stage of Cityflow involves the construction of 416 residential units ranging in size from 32 to 178 square metres in two buildings, 5 to 9 storeys high, one commercial premises, and 540 parking spaces in an underground garage. The apartments of both stages of the project will include balconies, terraces, or garden areas.
This investment will stand out in the market for its high standard of finish, numerous amenities, and eco-friendly solutions Each Cityflow apartment will be equipped with the Appartme home automation system provided by the developer. That smart home solution will allow control over four main areas: heating, electricity, lighting, and water valves. It will be possible to manage your apartment remotely from anywhere in the world using a free mobile app. The Appartme system is one of the solutions brought by the new OKAM Quality Policy.
As part of the eco-friendly solutions, the development will feature an automatic irrigation system using collected rainwater. The residential estate area has been designed to promote relaxation and sports activities. The extensive green areas around the buildings will be closed to vehicular traffic. An amphitheatre, a water mist area, a vegetable garden, and a street workout zone will find their place here. The developer also planned for a free bicycle and scooter rental, and a service station for two-wheelers.

The agreement between OKAM and Unibep for the first stage of Cityflow was signed in December 2022. The completion of this stage of the investment is planned for the end of 2024. Whereas the agreement for the execution of the second stage of this investment was signed in December 2023. The completion of construction works for the second stage is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.
