We are pleased to inform you that on 8 September 2023, we received a notification from the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways in Olsztyn confirming that our offer was chosen as the most favourable one in an open tender public procedure for the extension of the National road No. 63 on section Borki – Jeże. The value of the investment is over PLN 95 million.
Five offers were submitted for the tender. The was only one evaluation criterion for the submitted offers, which was the price, and its weight was 100%. Our offer proved to be the most favourable in terms of price, approx. PLN 95.6 million gross, which translates into approx. PLN 77.7 million net. The next offer was higher by approximately PLN 3 million. The completion deadline for this investment has been set for 18 months from the date of signing the agreement, excluding the so-called winter periods, which last from 16th December to 15th March. It is worth noting that in the absence of justified appeals from other participants in the tender regarding the selection of our offer, the agreement will be signed for the implementation of this investment in accordance with the law.

The investment involves the construction of a new carriageway structure, 7 meters wide, and an allowable pressure of 11.5 tons per axle, correction of vertical and horizontal curves, construction and reconstruction of culverts, and reconstruction of the bridge structure over the culvert. The existing intersections will also be reconstructed. As part of the investment, there will also be constructed 12 bus bays with pedestrian access, a sidewalk in the village of Jeże, and road lighting. The drainage of the road will be prepared, and the existing driveways will be reconstructed. Inspection weigh stations for the Road Transport Inspection will be constructed.
