Five offers were submitted for the tender. The was only one evaluation criterion for the submitted offers, which was the price, and its weight was 100%. Our offer proved to be the most favourable in terms of price, approx. PLN 95.6 million gross, which translates into approx. PLN 77.7 million net. The next offer was higher by approximately PLN 3 million. The completion deadline for this investment has been set for 18 months from the date of signing the agreement, excluding the so-called winter periods, which last from 16th December to 15th March. It is worth noting that in the absence of justified appeals from other participants in the tender regarding the selection of our offer, the agreement will be signed for the implementation of this investment in accordance with the law.
