Vice President of the Management Board at Unibep and Construction Director Krzysztof Mikołajczyk, and Member of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości responsible for financial matters Adam Lesiński.

Unibep SA signed an agreement with the company Polski Holding Nieruchomości for the construction of Osiedle Olimpijczyk estate stage 2 in Łódź in Polesie district. The value of the agreement is approx. PLN 50.0 million net. The delivery of 132 apartments will take place in the first quarter of 2025. The General Contractor had successfully completed the first stage of this investment.

“We are very glad to be working again for Polski Holding Nieruchomości at Osiedle Olimpijczyk. It is yet another housing project as I would like to remind you that we have been building the “Kolej na 19” estate in Warsaw for a year. This is another order which is also the confirmation that the cooperation between the investor and the contractor is going well, and it demonstrates that we always seek for the best solutions for our clients. I would like to declare that we will put every effort to ensure that the buildings are delivered according to the schedule and that the workmanship is of the highest quality,” said Krzysztof Mikołajczyk, Vice President of the Management Board of Unibep and construction director.

The new housing investment is a continuation of the Osiedle Olimpijczyk estate, located at 119 and 121 Janusza Kusocińskiego Street in Łódź. The commencement of the implementation of the next stage will take place in the third quarter of 2023, and its completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025.

In the upcoming stage of the Osiedle Olimpijczyk development, two six-storey residential buildings will be constructed, characterised by a simple and elegant design. They will also feature standalone garages and external parking spaces. There have been designed 132 apartments with functional and easily adaptable layouts. Additionally, there are 120 tenant storage units provided. The apartments situated on the ground floor will have their own gardens, and all the higher apartments will feature loggias or balconies. The housing estate will have a playground and recreational area. Parking places for 32 bicycles have been provided.

“Referring to the name of our housing estate and the start of construction of stage 2 of the Osiedle Olimpijczyk estate, it can be said that we are entering the second lap. Thanks to the excellent location and the high-quality of workmanship of the first stage, the 166 apartments have found buyers in no time. Even today, prior to the commencement of construction and sales, we have nearly 20 apartments reserved by individuals who value the solid construction of the first stage. This is the best showcase of our collaboration with Unibep, so I am pleased to be working on the second stage together,” said Szczepan Barczewski, Vice President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości, responsible for investments.

Osiedle Olimpijczyk housing estate is located approx. 6 km from the centre of Łódź. It is well-connected and situated in a quiet green area. It is approx. 2 km away from the largest historic park of Łódź, named after Marshal Józef Piłsudski, which comprises a botanic garden, a zoo, an aquapark called Fala, and the renowned Atlas Arena event hall, which hosts the endeavours of Polish sportsmen and stages concerts. In addition to green areas, there are numerous shops in the vicinity of the housing estate, including two shopping centres (CH Retkinia, Galeria Retkińska), service points, restaurants, and fitness clubs.
