Unibep will implement a housing investment called “Sadyba Spot” in Powsińska Street in Warsaw”s Mokotów district. The value of the agreement is approx. PLN 50.5 million net. The construction has already started. “This is the next ambitious and modern investment by Unidevelopment, in which numerous ecological solutions will be implemented,” highlighted Krzysztof Mikołajczyk, Vice President of the Management Board and Construction Director at Unibep.
The General Contractor will construct a multi-family residential building, along with services, an underground garage, and necessary infrastructure. The 12-storey building will house 111 residential units and 8 commercial premises. As part of the investment, 118 parking spaces will also be created in a double-level underground garage, along with 10 above-ground spaces.
The construction of the building located in Sadyba neighbourhood of Warsaw’s Mokotów district has already begun and is expected to last until the first half of 2025.
“There are many housing investments in the market that are the result of our cooperation with Unidevelopment. Let us mention at least the recently completed investment in Poznań: Fama Jeżyce stage 1, Bookowska 18, and Osiedle Nowych Kosmonautów. And in Warsaw, the noteworthy residential estates are Coopera, Ursa Sky, and Latte. Sadyba Spot is another ambitious and modern investment in the housing market, in which many ecological solutions will be implemented,” said Krzysztof Mikołajczyk, Vice President of the Management Board and Construction Director at Unibep.
Certificate proves the sustainable investment
The Sadyba Spot building was designed to meet the criteria for the BREEAM certificate. The decision to employ environmental certification for the entire investment of Unidevelopment SA is part of the ESG strategy of the entire capital group of Unibep SA, to which the developer belongs. The certification of buildings confirms that developer’s investments are created in line the with environmental protection standards ensuring healthy and comfortable living conditions.
Sustainable means ecological and safe
Ecology is a significant aspect of the Sadyba Spot residential estate. Certified materials from reliable suppliers will be used in the building. And a whole range of ecological solutions will be implemented to enhance energy efficiency and water conservation. One of the ecological components are the photovoltaic panels to be installed on the building’s roof. Such aspects like waste management, the use of materials, and transport will be monitored at the construction stage. The Sadyba Spot project will remain under the supervision of independent experts from the design stage until the completion of the investment.
