Five-member board of Unibep SA
Przemysław Janiszewski, until recently the Director of Power and Industry construction and the authorised representative at Unibep SA, as of 1 January 2023 became the new member of the management of Unibep SA for the current 6th term of the Management Board. He was appointed a member of the Management Board by the Supervisory Board of Unibep SA upon the resolution of 15 December 2022. This means that from that day on, the Management Board of the Company consists of five members.
Przemysław Janiszewski in the company’s management will be responsible for exercising supervision and control as well as managing the entire activity of the power and industry construction and the foreign construction, including providing a backlog of orders, achieving the assumed results, optimising efficiency in drawing up bids, negotiation of agreements, organisation of production and production quality, applied design solutions, and warranty service.
Przemysław Janiszewski graduated of the Białystok University of Technology and the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. He is also a graduate of MBA studies at the Kozminski University in Warsaw, of IMD studies in Lausanne, and he completed the Advanced MBA Program at IESE in Barcelona. Currently, he is also the chairman of the Presidium of the Energy Committee of the Polish Association of Construction Employers.
Przemysław Janiszewski started cooperation with Unibep SA in August 2021 as Director of Power and Industry Construction. In August 2022, he has been appointed an authorised representative of the Company.
In years 2002–2016, he was professionally involved with Skanska Group where he implemented and managed large motorway and expressway investments, such as: A 4 motorway and S 69 expressway. Then, he held management roles within the group’s structures as Director of Marketing and Estimation of the Road and Bridge Division, Director of Railway Construction, and Director of Central Europe Cluster. Przemysław Janiszewski was the Director of the Czech and Slovak Branch in Poland and a member of the Management Board of Skanska branch in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. At the same time, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Skanska branch in Finland.
Later, he managed the railway business within the structures of Siemens in Poland. In years 2017–2020 as the Vice President of the Management Board of the Polimex Mostostal SA Group he was responsible for all operational matters of the company. At the same time he held the position of president of the management boards of the group’s segment companies: Polimex Energetyka and Polimex Infrastruktura.
Before joining the structures of Unibep Group, he was the president of the management board of a company from Colas Group.
From 1 January 2023, the Management Board of Unibep SA, apart from Przemysław Janiszewski, consists of: President of the Management Board Leszek Gołąbiecki, Vice-President for Finance Sławomir Kiszycki, Vice-President for Construction Krzysztof Mikołajczyk, Member of the Management Board and Director of Infrastructure Adam Poliński.
