On 11 October, the official ground-breaking and digging first dirt with shovels took place on the construction site of the modern Tertio Ponte office building in Broniewskiego Street in Włocławek. The investment is being implemented within the Factory Programme, for which the Industrial Development Agency and the ARP Operator company are responsible. The partner of the project is the local government of Włocławek, which provided the plot of land for construction of this facility. The general contractor of the building is Unibep.
