We will build for a Czech developer UDI

The company Unibep signed an agreement with the developer UDI Tau Sp. z o.o. for implemention of a housing investment at Herbu Oksza Street in Ursus district of Warsaw. The investment is being implemented on the premises of the former Ursus manufacturing plant.

We will build a multi-family residential complex for the Investor. There will be three buildings with services on the ground floor. Ranging from 2 to 7 storeys above ground, they will comprise 272 apartments, 7 service premises, and 267 parking spaces.

The implementation of the Investment, depending on the Developer’s decision, may be divided into two stages: Stage one, covering the construction of buildings C1 and C2; and Stage two, covering the construction of building D. At the same time, the agreement allows for the possibility of assigning us with implementation of works covered by the Stage one only.

Our remuneration for performance of the entire investment is approx. PLN 98.6 million net, while the remuneration for performance of stage one works is approx. PLN 91.3 million net.

UDI Group is a development company from Czech Republic, which is currently expanding its operations in many Central European markets.

As a result of conclusion of the new agreement, the estimated value of the backlog of orders of Unibep SA for implementation in General Contracting segment for the Q4 and for subsequent years amounts to approx. PLN 1 510 net.
