Conclusion of an agreement for construction of a tourist and recreational accommodation facility on Postępu Street in Warsaw

The Management Board of Unibep SA (Issuer, Company) informs that on 9 September 2021 signed an agreement for implementation in general contracting system of a housing investment on Postępu Street in Warsaw (Agreement).

The ordering party is Postęp Property Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (Ordering Party), a company of YIT DEVELOPMENT Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw.

The subject of the Agreement is construction of a tourist and recreational accommodation building - a hostel (which will house tourism services premises) with services and accompanying infrastructure. The 9-storey building will house 280 residential units, 3 commercial premises and 81 parking spaces in the underground garage (Investment).

The remuneration of the Issuer is approx. PLN 64.0 million net (Remuneration).

The deadline for the implementation of the Investment is 21 months from the commencement of works, while the works will commence within 7 days of signing the Agreement.
