Topping out the new Formika production building in Parzniew
In March this year, the extension of the existing Formika printing house was started, including the construction of a social building and a warehouse. The first stage of implementation had been completed, on this occasion on September 6, 2018. at the highest point of the new building, a symbolic topping was solemnly hung.

The Unibep Group completed the first half of 2018 with sales revenues of PLN 814 million (+ 21% y/y) and a net profit of PLN 24.5 million (+ 67% y/y). The increase in profit is driven by good results of the development segment.

Unibep SA will build Galeria Karuzela in Biała Podlaska
The subsidiary Karuzela Holding has signed a contract with Unibep SA for the general contracting of the Karuzela shopping gallery in Biała Podlaska. Construction works will commence at the beginning of September this year and will end in the fourth quarter of 2019. The shopping centre Galeria Karuzela with a retail area of nearly 14,000 sq. m will be the largest retail and service facility in the city.

The topping out ceremony at the second stage of implementation of Aura Sky
On 22 August, 2018, a topping out was placed on the building of Aura Sky II. This is another stage of the prestigious residential development including the highest building on the right river's bank of Warsaw.
