Zbigniew Gościcki, the president of the board of Unidevelopment SA (on the picture), became the Person of the Year 2017, and Unidevelopment SA - the Construction Company of the Year 2017. These titles were awarded by the "Builder" monthly at its annual gala.
The Unihouse Unibep SA branch presents the products of the modular house factory at SwissBau in Basel. This is the largest fair event on construction in Switzerland, taking place in a two-year cycle.
Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki on 12 January 2018 visited the new factory of the Mlekovita Dairy Cooperative in Wysokie Mazowieckie. The general contractor of the building was Unibep SA.
On 10 January 2018, Leszek Marek Gołąbiecki, President of the Management Board of Unibep S.A., and Roman Kuczyński, Ph.D. Eng., Vice-Rector for Development at the Bialystok University of Technology, signed a letter of intent and a cooperation agreement between the company from Bielsk Podlaski and the Faculty of Architecture at Bialystok University. It is another agreement by Unibep S.A. with yet another faculty of the Bialystok University of Technology – previously, it was signed with the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
Between January and April 2018, small- and medium-sized entrepreneurs operating in the construction industry will be able to take advantage of free-of-charge professional training courses for their employees. It is the continuation of a project being carried out by companies which are a part of the Agreement for Safety in Construction and the Polish Social-Insurance Institution (ZUS).
