On Thursday, 8 May 2025, a topping out ceremony was held in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, a tradition marking the completion of structural works on the Nowa Mangalia II development. It is a symbolic moment that marks not only an important stage of the construction, but also a long-standing partnership built on trust between Unibep SA and the developer Polskie Projekty Inwestycyjne Sp. z o.o. SKA.
A modern housing estate in the heart of Mokotów
Nowa Mangalia II development is a multi-stage residential investment implemented by Unibep as the general contractor. The development is being constructed in one of the most sought-after locations in the capital — Mangalia Street, in the heart of green Mokotów.
“For us in Unibep it more than just another project. This is a continuation of the partnership cooperation with Polskie Projekty Inwestycyjne. We build with passion and with people who love what they do,” said Andrzej Sterczyński, President of the Management Board of Unibep SA, during the ceremony.

- Total internal area: 30 585.91 m²

- Number of units: 230 apartments and 5 commercial premises
- Number of parking spaces in the underground garage: 338
- Implementation period: Nov 2023 – Dec 2025 (25 months)
The investment is being implemented according to the planned schedule, and the topping-out ceremony was not only an opportunity for symbolic celebration but also a moment of gratitude. Words of appreciation were extended to the entire team: the Unibep construction staff, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as financial and management partners.
