Unihouse from the Unibep Group signed a conditional agreement with the German company AH Aktiv-Haus for the delivery of altogether at least 1250 modules till the end of 2025. The value of the agreement is approximately EUR 120 million net.
“We already have experience in implementing projects spread over the years. We have produced standardised modules for various companies, including the Adapteo Group (formerly Cramo),” said Marcin Gołębiewski, President of Unihouse. “This agreement is the continuation of our successful cooperation with AH Aktiv-Haus on the German market, which serves as evidence of the Investor’s satisfaction with the quality of Unihouse products.”
According to the provisions of the agreement, Unihouse will deliver the German partner at least 350 modules in 2023 (including the investment implemented currently in Potsdam), 400 modules in 2024, and 500 modules in 2025. The estimated value of the agreement, assuming AH Aktiv-Haus places orders in minimum volumes, will be approx. EUR 120 million net. The agreement is a continuation of the existing cooperation between the parties and is valid until the end of 2026.
As stated by the company, each order will be executed based on a separate agreement.
“This agreement is a confirmation of ecological trends in construction on the German market. We are sure that attention to the energy efficiency of facilities, supported by EU legislation, should strengthen the demand for investing in solutions offered by Unihouse on the European markets. The key markets for Unihouse SA are Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden), Germany, and Poland,” commented Leszek Gołąbiecki, President of Unibep.
Unihouse is a manufacturer of modular buildings in wooden technology. As a producer and supplier of ecological apartments in multi-family buildings, the company carries out processes from design to turnkey finishing, manufacturing the product comprehensively, including electrical, sanitary and ventilation systems.
The main advantages of the technology offered by Unihouse are, above all, the speed of construction, saving investment costs, fire safety, lightness of the structure, good acoustics and thermal insulation. The wooden framework construction also ensures a low carbon footprint since the wood used here is the only construction material which stores CO2. The technology works perfectly for diverse investment projects such as hotels, resorts, multi-family buildings, dormitories, and senior care facilities.
