On 11 October, the official ground-breaking and digging first dirt with shovels took place on the construction site of the modern Tertio Ponte office building in Broniewskiego Street in Włocławek. The investment is being implemented within the Factory Programme, for which the Industrial Development Agency and the ARP Operator company are responsible. The partner of the project is the local government of Włocławek, which provided the plot of land for construction of this facility. The general contractor of the building is Unibep.
Nearly PLN 51 million net — this is the remuneration value of Unibep SA for construction of an office and service building with an underground garage, necessary infrastructure, and land development. Tertio Ponte will be a modern five-star A-class office building with a total area of over 11 thou. sq. m. The office space will make approx. 5 thou. sq. m., and the space dedicated to services over 2 thou. sq. m. This is another investment in Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodeship conducted by Unibep.
“We are glad that in less than a year we have won a contract for another large investment in Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodeship. I would like to remind you that we signed a contract for construction of the new Campus of the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz in January,” said Member of the Management Board of Unibep SA and Director of the Infrastructure Department Adam Poliński. “Undoubtedly, the Tertio Ponte office building is extremely important in terms of development of entrepreneurship in this region. Also, the facility poses a kind of implementation challenge for our team because of the large cubature of an interesting architectural form and use of modern technology in the form of prefabricated structures. We like demanding projects at Unibep, and I am convinced that our construction staff will rise to the challenge and will implement this investment with due diligence, in accordance with expectations of the Investor and in line with the construction schedule. The office building will be from one to five storeys high. It will include modern office space as well as an underground garage with 80 parking spaces and 64 parking spaces above ground. According to the agreement, Tertio Ponte will be delivered in spring 2024.

About the Factory Programme
The Factory Programme is an element of a broader strategy of sustainable development of Poland, and it is a response to the problem of the so-called two-speed Poland, i.e., the increasing distance between the development of the largest metropolises and medium-sized and small cities, which record a growing outflow of citizens and a slow loss of economic functions. By creating the assumptions of the programme, the Industry Development Agency wanted to stimulate the potential of medium-sized cities through the construction of high-class office space. Modern service and office buildings located in attractive locations are not only to attract new business entities to the city, mainly from the modern business services industry, but also stimulate local entrepreneurship and constitute the city’s showcase. In the autumn of 2020, the Industry Development Agency entrusted implementation of the programme to Operator ARP. Włocławek is the third location, after Stalowa Wola and Elbląg, where construction of a modern office building has started.
