Company Unibep has completed construction of another residential investment. This time it is in the district Dolny Mokotów in Warsaw. To be more specific, it is the subdistrict called Sielce, which has gained a luxurious residence. It consists of four premium buildings with a total of 88 apartments constructed on commission of Yareal Polska. BREEAM certification, Investor’s care for every constructional and architectural detail, and the applied technical solutions made it a very demanding investment.
Rezydencja Iwicka consists of four stylish four-storey buildings. The investment offers a total of 88 apartments, from one to six bedrooms. Most of them have either a balcony, loggia, or a terrace. Some of the apartments located on the ground floor have their own gardens and some of the apartments on the top floor come with a mezzanine. The area of the largest apartments with a mezzanine is up to 200 sq. m. The underground part houses a garage with 110 parking spaces.
“Particular attention in this project has been paid not only to the quality of workmanship but also of the applied materials. For example, façade cladding was made with the use of premium materials rarely used in residential construction, namely grooved sandstone and granite supplemented with decorative plasters,” said Contract Manager at Unibep SA Przemysław Pogorzelski. “During construction works, the Investor ensured high quality workmanship of every element proving his total commitment to the project,” added the contract manager.
What is important is that Rezydencja Iwicka was created in the spirit of care for the natural environment and bearing in mind the living comfort of its future residents. This can be confirmed by the BREEAM certificate. Currently it is one of the world’s most important certificates setting standards in the design of sustainable and ecological buildings.
“The apartments in Rezydencja Iwicka stand out on the development market distinguished by the fact that they were constructed in the spirit of sustainable development, which has been confirmed by the BREEAM certificate. This certificate is still rare on the housing investment market, so both the Investor and the General Contractor can be proud that they belong to a small group of companies that run and participate in this type of project,” said Construction Manager at Unibep SA Andrzej Grygoruk.
The General Contractor, Unibep SA, also took care of development of the adjacent space creating there a new sports area for students of the neighbouring school.
“During construction works on Rezydencja Iwicka investment, we leased a part of area which belongs to the local secondary school, namely Miguel de Cervantes XXXIV General Education Liceum with Bilingual Branches in Warsaw. As part of the agreement which made that area available to the construction staff, Unibep SA undertook to build a new athletics track next to the school,” said Contract Manager at Unibep SA Przemysław Pogorzelski. “We delivered it for use in July last year. We know from conversations with the school’s board that its students are satisfied with the new sports facility and they regularly use it,” added Przemysław Pogorzelski.
Rezydencja Iwicka housing estate is located in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district, in Sielce subdistrict in Warsaw, just a few minutes’ walk away from the southern entrance gate to Łazienki Królewskie in Gagarina Street. The investment is a result of lasting cooperation between Unibep and the developer Yareal Polska.
