Unibep SA is building for Viessmann
Approx. PLN 380 million net is worth the agreement concluded between Unibep SA and Viessmann Technika Grzewcza Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Legnica. It has been the largest agreement in the power and industry construction segment concluded by Unibep SA.
The Agreement was signed on 17 August 2022. Based on this agreement, Unibep SA will build in Legnica in Dolnośląskie Voivodeship a production and warehouse building with office facilities for Viessmann Technika Grzewcza Sp. z o. o. The investment will be implemented in turnkey formula. The commencement of construction works will start in the third quarter of 2022, and the completion will be in the third quarter of 2023. “The lump sum remuneration for implementation of the Investment will amount to approx. PLN 380.0 million net or approx. PLN 370.5 million net if the optimisation proposed by Unibep SA is implemented,” announced the company in its current report.
Competences and expertise
“The choice of the investor, who is a leading producer of heating systems on the international front, confirms the strong position of our company among general contractors in the industrial sector,” said President of the Board of Unibep SA Leszek Gołąbiecki. The new Viessmann heat pump factory in Legnica has been so far the largest investment implemented by us in the power and industry segment. It is an attractive facility, rich in new technologies. I should stress that our team is adequately prepared in terms of organisation and personnel to implement such a demanding task.
“The agreement with Viessmann is a next big step towards development of the power and industrial construction segment in Unibep SA. I am glad that our competences and expertise as well as organisation and work culture have been acknowledged by well-known and respected international industrial concerns,” said Director of Energy and Industrial Construction in Unibep SA Przemysław Janiszewski. “It is worth adding that we have already cooperated with Viessmann several times on projects commissioned by other entities. Now we have the opportunity to strengthen our relations through implementation of the Investor’s priority investment.”
It should be added that the current value of the backlog of orders of Unibep SA in the power and industry construction segment for the third and fourth quarter of 2022 and for subsequent years amounts to approx. PLN 690.0 million net.
