PHN Group concluded an agreement with UNIBEP for construction of a housing estate consting in 148 apartments in Warsaw in Kolejowa St 19. The completion of construction is planned for the end of next year.
“Another investment with Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA which only confirms that there is and can be a good cooperation between the investor and the contractor. For every investment, we always look for best solutions and most favourable for final buyers. It is fantastic that we get the chance to work with PHN SA again,” said Leszek Gołąbiecki, president of the management board of Unibep SA.
We will build four multi-family residential buildings including land development for PHN SA. Buildings 7 or 9 storeys above ground high will comprise 148 apartments and 152 parking spaces. The contract value is approx. PLN 65.2 million net. Construction time is 19 months from start of works.
It is worth adding that we are currently building Osiedle Olimpijczyk housing estate in Łódź for the same investor.
"Barely yesterday we informed about commencement of our first housing investment in Wrocław, and today we sign subsequent agreement for construction of the housing estate in Kolejowa Stret in Warsaw. These two investments already in 2023 will deliver 320 residential premisess, strengthening our position housing construction. I am happy for cooperation over the new Warsaw housing estate with Unibep, with whom we built Osiedle Olimpijczyk estate in Łódź,” said Marcin Mazurek, president of the management board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA.
The new investment of the PHN Group has a perfect location in the city centre in the rapidly developing Warsaw district of Wola, and owing to the proximity of subway, railway stations, bus and tram lines, it is perfectly connected with the rest of the city. Medical facilities, schools, shopping malls, many restaurants, museums, and a new business centre by Rondo Daszyńskiego roundabout are within walking distance.
Our new investment is located in an attractive rapidly developing district of Warsaw, everything is close. It matches the undergoing changes in this part of the city transforming the face of former industrial area. The advantage of this housing estate is not only its excellent location, but also high-class architecture and materials to be used to finish the apartments and their shared parts,” added Marcin Mazurek.
