Unibep ranked third among Poland's Best Employers 2022
The company Unibep ranked third in construction category in “Poland’s Best Employers 2022”second edition ranking presenting best employers in Poland. In the classification we left behind many general contractors important on the market, what we are exceptionally proud of. As Forbes editors say, “This list is a guide to companies which provide more than other promise”.
“Being on the podium among the best Employers in the construction industry is a great honour, being recognised and appreciated for our daily care for our employees. People are most important to us. We care for a friendly workplace created together with teams of committed employees,” said Leszek Gołąbiecki, President of Unibep SA.
Second edition of the list Poland’s Best Employers 2022 presents the winners of 300 companies, best employers in Poland divided into industries in the score order. How was the list created? Statista, market research company, turned with the assessment to employers surveying for data their employees. They rated their employers in an anonymous survey, owing to which the actual quality of employment was examined, going further than the success of employer branding campaigns.
The ranking based on the following assessment criteria:
- Direct recommendation, that is, the willingness of employees to recommend their employer.
- Indirect recommendation, that is, the willingness of employees to recommend other employers from the industry they are employed.
Moreover, employees appraised their employees on issues such as remuneration, working time, promotion and development opportunities, conditions and equipment in the office, and remote work.
“The three hundred enterprises that made it to the final list are the absolute top, the best of the best. These are the companies it is necessary to follow, copy the employee-oriented solutions they appraised favourable” concludes Paweł Zielewski, Forbes editor-in-chief.
The company Unibep puts particular emphasis on education, health, and safety of its employees, but also the policy of equal treatment and diversity management, especially in the area of recruitment, performance evaluation, training, promotion, and remuneration.
