Unidevelopment SA, Unihouse SA and General Domestic Contracting of Unibep SA have signed some interesting agreements in the last days.
Unibep SA will build a 17-storey building worth PLN 72 million for Matexi Poland sp. z o.o. with its office in Warsaw. The investment will be located in Warsaw, in Grzybowska Street. There will be 232 apartments, three commercial premises, and one office premises as well as and 142 parking spaces in the underground garage. The building is to be completed in approx. 25 months from the date of handover of the construction site, which is to take place in the first quarter of 2021.
In turn, our real estate development company has concluded agreements for purchase of real estate in Mokotów district in Warsaw. It cost approx. PLN 12 million. This is not the last land purchase in this area, as another development project in this location comprising approx. 110 apartments is planned. According to plans, the investment will start in a year – in the first quarter of 2022.
Unihouse SA in Bielsk Podlaski, a subsidiary of Unibep SA, signed already the third agreement on the Norwegian market this year. This time it is a project called “Bjertnes” located in the village of Nittedal near Oslo, Norway. According to the agreement, Unihouse SA will design and construct in modular technology three buildings with 66 apartments.
The value of the agreement is NOK 104.5 million net, which is approx. PLN 45.4 million net.
The designing works will begin in the first quarter of 2021, the commencement of construction works is scheduled for the second quarter of 2021, and the investment should be completed in the second quarter of 2022
