Przemysław Janiszewski, until recently the Director of Power and Industry construction and the authorised representative at Unibep SA, as of 1 January 2023 became the new member of the management of Unibep SA for the current 6th term of the Management Board. He was appointed a member of the Management Board by the Supervisory Board of Unibep SA upon the resolution of 15 December 2022. This means that from that day on, the Management Board of the Company consists of five members.
