Update of information on directional recommendations of the Supervisory Board of Unibep SA concerning a new business segment
In reference to the content of a current report No. 57/2021 of 9 November 2021 on the issue by the Supervisory Board of Unibep SA directional recommendations concerning, i.a., the creation of a new business segment of construction in power industry, Management Board of Unibep SA (Company, Issuer) informs that on 22 November 2021 the Board decided to establish in the beginning of December this year a segment responsible for construction in power industry. In connection with this decision of the Board, there will be undertaken organisational and corporate activities leading to creation of the power industry construction segment.
