The Management Board of Unibep SA (Issuer, Company) informs about signing on 23 April 2021 of an agreement for construction of a warehouse building in Jastrzębie-Zdrój in general contracting system (Agreement). The ordering party is PRYMAT Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Jastrzębie-Zdrój (Ordering Party).
