Investor: Warszawska Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa

Implementation date: October 2015 - April 2017

The Szmaragdowe estate is located in the area of Talarowa Street and Ceramiczna Street in the Białołęka District.

The project includes three residential complexes, a total of 10 buildings, with commercial units on the first floor and underground garages, which will be developed in two phases. Each residential complex will have a recreational courtyard designed on the roofs of the garages.

With its urban design, it creates an attractive and modern urban space. The land on which the investment is being built is owned by the Cooperative.

The unquestionable advantage of the estate is:

proximity to the main transportation routes of the district: from the west, the Maria Skłodowska-Curie Bridge (North Bridge) with streetcar transportation, and from the east, Modlinska Street;
full educational offer: nursery, kindergarten and school at a distance of up to 50 m, as well as service and commercial: in close proximity to Carrefour-Expres and Lidl chain stores, as well as a shopping mall under construction behind Światowida street;
convenient and functional distribution of apartments.
Near the investment there are green areas - Tarchomin Dunes and Jordanowski Garden.
