Agreement with Biawar

Approx. PLN 24 million net – this is the value of the agreement signed with Biawar Produkcja Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Białystok. The Agreement concerns extension of a production and warehouse hall with a technological line for the production of water heaters with the required and accompanying technical infrastructure and land development.

The investor is Biawar, a company renowned on the Polish and European market, with its registered office in Podlaskie voivodship. The company started its business on 1 January 1968 as the Predom-Sprzęt Experimental Establishment. In 1970 the company was converted into Factory of Heating Appliances, specialising in manufacturing of electric water heaters. In 2000 it changed the owner – the main shareholder of the company UNP Holdings BV sold the held shares to Nibe AB. It is a Swedish concern being the largest producer of heating devices and a leader on the European market in the sale of heat pumps and electric water heaters.
The works will start in the third quarter of 2021, and the completion of construction works is scheduled for the second quarter of 2022.
This is yet another investment implemented by Unibep SA in the industrial construction segment. Let us remind that in the city of Białystok alone we implemented for foreign investors production and warehouse buildings for Rosti and Bravilor Bonamat.
Currently, Unibep SA is implementing the extension of the sewage treatment plant in Bielsk Podlaski and working on construction of the industrial complex “Polimery Police”. It has practically completed a subsequent investment of Mlekovita Dairy Cooperative in the city of Wysokie Mazowieckie.
