An invitation to visit the “Osiedle Gama” estate
Come and see how well you can live in the “Osiedle Gama” estate in Warsaw. Unidevelopment SA invites you to open days which will take place on 11-12 February.
In early December, Unidevelopment SA received permission to use the “Osiedle Gama” estate. The investment located in the heart of the Targówek district in Warsaw covers 127 apartments and more than 4 thousand m² of commercial space, which can be used both for trade and service activity, as well as offices.
The “Osiedle Gama” estate was founded at ul. Kondratowicza in Targówek, just 150 metres from the station of the Metro second line, already approved in plans. In the neighbourhood there is also the Town Hall and Bródnowski Park. The project implemented by Unidevelopment S.A. has a typical urban character which is consistent with the function of the area and its development plans.. Among the other new buildings that arise in the neighbourhood, Gama is definitely distinguished by its representative shape designed by the studio of JEMS Architects and its huge commercial area, needed in developed parts in the city.
