Unibep has issued three-year, unsecured D series bonds with a total nominal value of 30 million PLN. The bonds are subject to variable interest based on the WIBOR 6M reference rate, increased by a margin of 2.50% per annum. The organiser of the issue and the issuing agent was Dom Maklerski Navigator SA.
Unibep achieved the best result among general contractors in Warsaw, it was responsible for 29 residential investments – according to the monthly journal "Builder" in the report on the largest and most interesting residential projects to be implemented from the first quarter of 2015.
The ceremony of blessing and laying the foundation stone for the "Rondo Wiatraczna" project took place on June 15, 2016.
The ceremony of the transfer of land for the construction of a bridge in Supraśl took place on June 10, 2016. The contractor of this investment will be Budrex-Kobi Sp. o.o., a company belonging to the Unibep Group and the Unibep SA Road Branch.
The topping out ceremony of the Szmaragdowe Housing Estate was attended by over 100 people.
