Investors, the general contractor and invited guests took part in the ceremonial laying of the cornerstone for the construction of Fama Jeżyce - the largest investment under the Nowe Jeżyce, a city revitalisation concept for this district. Ultimately, on an 8-hectare plot of land, which made the premises of the former Wiepofama factory, there will be built around 2.5 thousand m² of apartments with the accompanying infrastructure. The first stage of the investment will be ready at the end of 2021.

The topping out is a special day for the construction team. It means that it will not build any higher. I congratulate everyone working on the Wola Gabriela investment in Warsaw - said during the ceremony Krzysztof Mikołajczyk, vice president of the management board and construction director at Unibep SA.

Unibep SA signed an agreement with Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA for the construction of a housing estate in Łódź. The completion of the investment is to take 18 months.

PLN 46 million net - this is the value of the agreement for construction by Unibep SA of two residential buildings in Poznań. The commencement of the investment is scheduled for the third quarter of 2020.
