UNIBEP S.A. Management (Issuer) informs that on 19 April 2010 it submitted to the Supervisory Board a motion to designate part of a net profit for 2009 for payment of the dividend. The total value of the planned dividend will be PLN 3,392,718.40 i.e., 10 grosz per share.

UNIBEP S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 9 April 2010 it signed a contract for construction of a service buildings complex with a medical centre building Tivoli Park in Warsaw. The ordering party is TK Polska Operations S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw.

(Issuer), acting on a basis of Art. 65 sect. 1 of the Act concerning public offer and conditions for implementing financial instruments into the organised system of trading, as well as concerning public companies, submits a list of current and interim reports made available to the general public in 2009.

Management (Issuer) informs that on 24 March 2010 it received information from Brokerage Office Copernicus Securities S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, which, acting on the Issuer’s order, on 23 March 2010 conducted a sale transaction concerning 600,000 shares of UNIBEP S.A. of total value PLN  4,440,000 (i.e., PLN 7.40  per share).
