Unibep S.A. (the Issuer) informs that on 12^th July 2017 it concluded an agreement for execution of office buildings within the Ogrodowa Office investment at Organowa and Zachodnia street in Łódź in the general contracting system (the Agreement).

The Management Board of UNIBEP S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) informs that on 4^th July 2017 it concluded an agreement for execution of a residential multi-family building at Mołdawska Street in Warsaw (the Agreement) acting as the contractor.

UNIBEP S.A. board of directors (the Company, the Issuer) informs that on 29 June 2017 an agreement was signed for construction works, under which they act as general contractor, on the Traktorzystów Street in Warsaw (the Agreement) within the project “Ursa Park” (the Investment). The investment is a joint construction project consisting in construction, jointly with entities being part of Grupa Kapitałowa CPD (CPD Group) of the complex of multifamily buildings with utilities and infrastructure. The Company informed on the conclusion of the Investment Agreement in current reports 14/2017 and 17/2017.

Unibep S.A. board of directors (the Company, the Issuer) informs that on 27 June 2017 an agreement was signed, under which they act as general contractor, for the construction of subsequent residential building on Cybernetyki Street in Warsaw (the „Agreement“).
