Unibep SA in the capacity of general contractor completed a subsequent stage of construction of the investment at Grzybowska Street 37 in Warsaw, reaching the open shell. A 16-storey residential building is being built in the very centre of the capital of Poland on order of Matexi Polska. This has been the fourth investment of the developer implemented in cooperation with Unibep.
The topping out ceremony was attended by representatives of the investor, the Management Board of Matexi Polska, and construction staff. The other guests represented the MKC Architektura Design Office, subcontractors, suppliers and a committee of residents of Grzybowska 39 building. The celebration was also attended by the Management Board of the Wolska Żelazna Brama housing cooperative and representatives of Primary School No. 25. The general contractor, company Unibep, was represented by Vice President Krzysztof Mikołajczyk, Market Director Piotr Kołodko, and company construction staff.
Grzybowska 37 housing estate is being built in close proximity to Rondo ONZ roundabout and Twarda Street, near the new Warsaw’s business centre on Towarowa Street. The building provides 232 apartments consisting of one to five bedrooms, having an area of 28 to 135 sq. m., and two viewing terraces. Three commercial and service premises will be located on the ground floor of the building, and the basement will host a three-level car park with 142 parking spaces with charging stations for electric cars.
It is worth mentioning that Grzybowska 37 housing estate has been the fourth investment of Matexi Polska implemented in cooperation with Unibep. The result of earlier jointly conducted works in Warsaw are the following investments: Słodowiec Park housing estate in Żoliborz district, the Pereca apartment building near Rondo ONZ roundabout, and Puławska 186 high rise apartment building located in Mokotów district.
“We are very happy that we can boast about the effects of our long-term cooperation with Matexi Polska as a developer. For us in Unibep, the priority is to build lasting, professional partner relations not only with the investors, but also with our subcontractors and suppliers,” said Vice President Krzysztof Mikołajczyk during the celebration. “Although such a cooperation is not always easy, I am glad that the employees of both companies are able to find a solution and reach an agreement with the public good in mind. Therefore, I would like to thank the entire construction staff at Unibep, as it is your great success, and you deserve the applause!” summarised vice president.
